"I was particularly impressed with a pendant [Karina] made me; an opal that was my grandmother's. She made it into a pendant for a birthday present. All the pieces have a story to them and taking it to Karina adds to that story. She is such a warm, kind-hearted person and she asks a lot of questions to get it exactly right. She makes a mock up so you can get a real feel for things."

When asked what most impressed him about Karina he replied, "The aftercare. She is always there to cover the things you wouldn't think about, such as cleaning and insurance. She really is a special person."
